南瓜黑芝麻汤圆的做法步骤

1南瓜切小块大火蒸熟。 -
2趁热倒入糯米粉中拌匀。 -
3揉成柔软的面团（湿湿的，有粘手的感觉）。 -
4将黑芝麻糊与熟黑芝麻加凉开水拌成馅。 -
5用手揪一块面团，把四周压薄，放入馅料。 -
6慢慢收口合拢，团成小团。 -
7锅中加适量水，烧开后，放入汤圆，煮熟即可。 -
8皮薄馅大，微甜微香。
