凉拌海带的做法步骤

1清洗海带，再放进锅里煮六七分钟，然后再用冷水冲洗下海带最后把水沥干放进碗里

2把红萝卜切丝和海带放一起

3在用一个小碗调料：里边放小青椒小红椒切一小圆圈在剁蒜末放酱油放苹果醋搅拌一下然后倒进海带里再和海带搅拌一下最后放进冰箱一会就可以吃啦
